REFUND POLICY FOR TAX SEVA
1.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR
REFUNDS:
i. Any amount transferred erroneously or for any reason by the USER shall not
be refunded to the USER in any circumstances. ii. Any web-link on the platform
to a third-party site is not an endorsement of that web-link. By using or
browsing any such other web-link, the USER shall be subject to the terms and
conditions in relation to that web-link. iii. Tax Seva will not be responsible
for recovering the money in case the USER initiates fund transfer to an
unintended or incorrect account. iv. The USER is responsible for the accuracy
and authenticity of the instructions provided to Tax Seva and the same, if is
in the form and manner prescribed by Tax Seva, shall be considered to be
sufficient to operate the said service.
v. Once the amount transferred by the user to us in as a consideration in
exchange of service, then no amount will be refunded to the user in any
circumstances subject to the discretion of us.
vi. No amount will be refunded, if any error or technical glitch happened by
third party or by any payment gateway. For that purpose, kindly refer to Terms
and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy of the
concerned party.

TAX SEVA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
REFUSE THE REFUND:
Amount transferred to us for the purpose of availing service shall not be
refunded or pay back to the user or service holder, if fall under the following
circumstances mentioned below:
i. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction.
ii. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in
accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
iii. For any reason outside the control of the Tax Seva including causes for
delivery related logistical or technical difficulties.
iv. If you fail to provide the proof of work not done by us in exchange of
agreed consideration in that situation user/customer is not eligible to file
claim for refund to us.
3.
PRE -CONDITIONS OF CLAIMING
REFUND AMOUNT:
i. The customer/ user will have to submit an application for refund to Taxseva@gmail.com
along with the proof of payment which shall include transaction, reference
number and original payment receipt.
ii. The application will be scrutinized manually by our team and after
verification if we reach to the conclusion that your claim is valid or worthy,
the excess amount or reasonable amount will be refunded in favor of the
claimant within 30 days from the date of claim but it may take 7-10 days for
the money to show in your bank account subject to your bank Policy.
iii. Tax Seva shall incur no liability if above mentioned circumstances meet.
If the payment issued by you is incomplete, inaccurate, invalid and not made in
prescribed mode as mentioned in terms and conditions of our app.
